Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What are the accepted terms of delivery and payment?
Accepted Delivery Terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, and EXW. Accepted Payment Types are T/T and L/C.
How are the products packed for shipment?
Generally, we pack the heat pump units securely in brown cartons or plywood cases for maximum protection.
Do you test the units before they leave the factory?
Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all goods before they are packed for delivery to ensure quality and performance.
What is the warranty period for this unit?
We offer a 3-year warranty on the whole unit. Non-humanly damaged spare parts are typically provided at a rate of 1.5% free of charge for maintenance based on order cost.
